Professional Services / Development

Welcome!

I assist businesses, governments, economic development entities, communities, and other groups design and implement sustainable plans of economic expansion and development.  I consult with various types of entities and review legal matters such as forming new entities, developing strategic plans, financings, and a great deal more.  I also have a passion for designing and implementing sustainable solutions for breaking the cycle of poverty.

I write about two important subjects.  The first is through The Human Rights Capitalism Series.  The object of this series shares the object of Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness Research, Inc. (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization), which is “We are dedicated to the fulfillment of all Americans’ promises to all other Americans”.  Human Rights Capitalism is America’s agreed upon form of Capitalism.

The second subject is the Hershey Family Trust, which is focused on Hershey, Pennsylvania (1903 – 1945) as an excellent example of Human Rights Capitalism, as well as the dependent orphans served by such Hershey Family Trust.
